Sinergy
Merchandsing Concepts, Inc. is the exclusive provider of certain
artsits merchandise and products. We operate their online stores
and deal with the merchandise aspect of their business. Any other
inquiries regarding the business of the artist will either be ignored
or forwarded the appropriate party.
Pay Pal Shopping Cart
The shopping cart is where you put products you intend to purchase.
If you wish to purchase more than the items you have placed into
your cart, please press the continue shopping button.
Any other method
besides PayPal?
Not at this time, we have found that PayPal is the safest and
most secure method of payment.
Do you accept International Orders?
Yes we do accept
international orders, please contact
us or go to the appropriate country/region for your order.
All international orders are responsible for all duties and
taxes incurred upon delivery.

If you have sent us a question regarding your order or a future
order, we will respond to you within 24 hours during normal business
hours.

Unsecured Items on Checkout Page?
The items that are unsecured on the shopping cart page are the graphic
images located at the top of the paypal checkout page. All this
means is the graphics are being brought in by a different site other
than paypal.

We will not send your order until we receive full payment. Your
order will be canceled if your payment is not received within 14
days of receiving your faxed order form.
Tennessee
State Sales Tax
All TN residents will be charged the appropriate sale tax.
Order Processing
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within
2 business days.
Payments
We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, Check Card and PayPal.
Mail orders can be paid by check or money order. Please do not
send cash. We will not be held responsible if you send Cash and
it gets lost in the mail. All orders made with personal check payments
will be held until funds have cleared. There will be a $25 processing
fee for each returned check.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order.
The total shipping cost will be shown to you prior to your checkout.
All orders will be shipped either USPS priority Mail (2-3 days),
Fed Ex Ground, First Class Mail, or Parcel Post.. All payments
for shipping include handling& processing charges.
International
Shipping (Including Canada & Mexico)
Our default international carrier is USPS. The USPS does not provide
delivery confirmation or tracking for parcel post or air mail. If
you wish to have these services added to your order.
The shipping amount will be different.
The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred
upon delivery.

On U.S. holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly
delayed. The U.S. Postal Service does not ship or deliver on the following

Backorders
If one or more items
from your order are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail
that your order is backordered. If an item becomes discontinued,
we will contact you in the same manner we received your order [via
e-mail or U.S. mail]. We ship the in-stock items immediately and
then ship the backordered items separately when they come in. If
your order requires two shipments due to backorder, you will only
be charged for shipping the initial order.
Returns Policy
SMC will be happy to
return or exchange any items that have not been washed,
worn or imprinted within 30 days of purchase. Once CD's, cassettes,
videos, or packaged non-wearables are opened, we cannot accept any
returns or exchanges. Please contact us prior to sending back any
merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If
SMC is at fault for sending the wrong item or size we will reimburse
your shipping expenses. If SMC is not at fault, no shipping charges
will be reimbursed.
